Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed by the peaceful atmosphere and an outlook toward the valley surrounding Spring Creek. Take in the beautiful sunsets that paint the evening sky from the large front veranda.
The house is located a short 3-minute drive or a leisurely 10-minute walk to the popular surf outlets and the center of Torquay, where you’ll find supermarkets, restaurants, and shops. For those who enjoy nature, or a quiet walk, Spring Creek is just a quick stroll down the hill.
Inside, the house is bright and welcoming with a spacious living area with reverse-cycle split system. The kitchen is well equipped with all the basics you need for preparing meals during your stay, whether it’s a simple breakfast or a family dinner. The living and dining areas offer plenty of room for everyone to relax together.
The garden is enclosed and secure, making it a great space for children to play. You can also fire up the BBQ for a casual meal outdoors. Plus there’s an indoor table tennis table for some friendly competition when the weather isn’t ideal.
The house offers three bedrooms to accommodate your group. Bedroom 1 features a comfortable queen-sized bed, while Bedroom 2 is set up with 3 single beds, including 1 single bed and 1 set of bunks, which is perfect for kids or a small group. The third bedroom is a separate bungalow with a double bed, carpeting, and heating, providing a bit more privacy. Both the main house and the bungalow have a bathroom each, and are also equipped with tower fans to keep you cool during warmer months.
There is Wi-Fi provided and parking is easy with a secure garage with an automated roller door plus two additional off street parking spaces.
This home is available for bookings all year round, whether you’re looking for a summer retreat or a cozy winter getaway. We also offer off peak short-term leases. Please note, there is a $500 bond required for all bookings, and we kindly ask that you respect our no-pet policy.
