To keep everyone active and entertained this property not only has the heated pool and spa but also a fully equipped gym in the garage, a space invader/Pac man machine, full sized pool table as well as Foxtel both downstairs and upstairs.
Whilst the property has everything needed to keep the most active and discerning guests entertained it is also located within the luscious fairways of the Sands Golf Course and a 15-minute walk from Whites beach to ensure you’ll never run out of activities during your stay. Should you wish to explore further, Geelong and the Bellarine peninsular are a short drive away, in one direction whilst the other direction takes you along the iconic Great Ocean Road.
Dogs are also welcome to the property however please note the Sands Golf course does not allow dogs onto the golf course in any circumstances. The back yard is secure for most dogs. It is preferred that dogs that bark do not get left unattended on the property to reduce the noise to neighbors.
Understandably, dogs are not allowed on beds or couches.

Torquay is a popular holiday destination for Victorians, known for its picturesque beaches with wide grassy foreshores and large shady trees lining the coast. Torquay is synonymous with the surfing industry, boasting numerous manufacturers and retailers of surfing related goods along its main highway. Surf City Plaza is a notable hub, also home to the Australian National Surfing Museum, the world's largest surfing and beach culture museum.
A few kilometers southwest of Torquay sits Bells Beach, renowned for hosting the Rip Curl Pro Surfing Classic, an annual event that attracts competitors from around the world.
